This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained through the online store http://stylowestopki.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”).
The owner of the Online Store and the data administrator is IE KIRILL HRUDZINSKI with its registered office in Katowice(40-620), ul. Helska 5, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Katowice, NIP: 6343016966, REGON: 523674541, hereinafter referred to as Stylowe Stopki.
Personal data collected by Stylowe Stopki via the Online Store are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR.
Stylowe Stopki takes special care to respect the privacy of customers visiting the Online Store.
Type of data processed, purposes and legal basis
Stylowe Stopki collects personal data of natural persons performing legal transactions not directly related to their business (consumers), hereinafter referred to as Customers. Customers’ personal data are collected in the case of:
When registering an account in the Online Store, the Customer provides:
a) e-mail address;
b) name and surname;
c) telephone number.
When registering an account in the Online Store, the Customer independently sets an individual password to access his account. The customer may change the password at a later time, according to the rules described.
When placing an order in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following data:
a) e-mail address;
b) address details: postal code and city; country (state); street with house/apartment number.
c) name and surname;
d) telephone number.
If using the Newsletter service, the Customer provides an e-mail address, name and date of birth (optional).
If you use the service, post a review, the customer only provides his e-mail address.
If you use the service, ask about the product. The customer only provides his e-mail address.
Stylowe Stopki processes Customers’ personal data for transfer of the Client’s personal data to PKO Bank Polski (“Bank”) in connection with:
a. provision by the Bank to Stylowe Stopki services providing infrastructure for handling payments via the Internet. Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR;
b. the Bank’s handling and settlement of payments made by Online Store Customers via the Internet using payment instruments. Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR;
c. in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of Customers (payers) in connection with their complaints. Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.
When using the Store’s Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Customer’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.
Navigational data may also be collected from Customers, including information about links and references they decide to click or other activities undertaken in the Online Store. Legal basis – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.
In order to determine, pursue and enforce claims, some personal data provided by the Customer as part of using the functionality in the Online Store may be processed, such as: name, surname, data regarding the use of services, if the claims result from the way in which the Customer uses services, other data necessary to prove the existence of the claim, including the extent of the damage suffered. Legal basis – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in determining, pursuing and enforcing claims and defending against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.
Transfer of personal data to Stylowe Stopki is voluntary in connection with concluded sales contracts or provision of services via the Store Website, provided, however, that failure to provide the data specified in the forms during the Registration process prevents Registration and creation of a Customer Account, and in the case of placing an order without Registration of a Customer Account will make it impossible to place and process the Customer’s order.
If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.
If your personal data is transferred to the Bank in connection with the processing and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing the data is required in order to process the payment and provide confirmation of its payment by Bank for the Online Store.
If your personal data is transferred to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers’ interests in connection with the complaints they submit, providing this data is required to enable the implementation of the contract concluded between Online Store and Bank.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
